Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Legitail, a B2B services marketplace operated by Legitail. By creating an account, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Legitail. We may reference additional policies — including our Privacy Policy — which are incorporated here by reference.
Accounts
You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
Accounts are intended for business use by the registered organization. Providers agree to participate in our verification process honestly, and buyers agree to engage providers in good faith. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes not posting false or misleading information, not manipulating reviews or ratings, not scraping or harvesting data, not attempting to circumvent platform fees, and not uploading malware or infringing content. You may not use Legitail to harass others or to violate any applicable law.
We may investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate access. We aim to act proportionately and to give notice where it is reasonable and lawful to do so.
Subscriptions & no lock-in
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. We believe in earning your business every cycle, so there are no long-term lock-in contracts: you may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
You can export your briefs, proposals, and contact records before or after cancellation so you are never trapped by your data. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See our pricing page for current plan details.
Liability
Legitail is a marketplace that connects buyers and providers; we are not a party to the agreements you form with one another and do not guarantee the outcome of any engagement. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Legitail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
