How does provider verification work?
Every provider on Legitail passes identity, business registration, and portfolio checks before they appear in search. Verified+ and Gold tiers add reference calls and review-integrity scoring so you can hire with confidence.
How long until I get proposals on a brief?
Most active briefs receive their first qualified proposals within 24 to 48 hours. You can invite specific providers directly to speed things up, and you control which proposals move to your shortlist.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel whenever you like and your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. You can export your briefs, proposals, and contacts before or after you go.
How is my data protected?
Legitail is built to comply with GDPR, CCPA, and UAE PDPL. We encrypt data in transit and at rest, never sell personal information, and let you access or delete your data on request.
